Let’s talk Halloween Lunch Box Notes!
I love adding a little Halloween magic in where ever I can and school lunches are no exception.

When it comes to school lunches my kids pretty much eat the same thing everyday. When I try to mix things up and add something new, it rarely gets eaten. So, I’ve learned to just stick with the same items that way my kids are happy and I’m happy I’m not cleaning out lunch boxes full of uneaten food.
To mix things up and keep things interesting for me and them, I add various lunch accessories to their lunch boxes. Items such as cute and festive napkins, decorative ziplock bags, lunch box notes and occasionally I’ll cut their sandwiches into cute shapes (this only happens maybe twice a year).
I put a few seasonal candies in mini snack ziplock bags a couple times a weeks for a special treat. It’s so simple but the kids love it!
SUPPLIES
- Halloween Lunch Box Notes Free Printable (found below)
- 8.5” x 11” card stock or sticker paper
- Printer (I recommend the Epson 2800)
- Scissors
*Bonus: Cute seasonal Halloween napkins
TIP: I print and cut note cards ahead of time for the whole month and I write special reminders on the backs (e.g. “Return library book,”” Volleyball after school”, etc.). This way the kids get a little something cute in their lunches but it also serves a practical propose.
