This post is about how to upload and save your favorite fonts in Cricut Design Space.
One of the great things about Cricut is the endless possibles of usable fonts. Whether it’s a preloaded Cricut font, a font you have saved onto your computer or a purchased font, there will never be a shortage of font choices.
Below, I’ll share where to locate your fonts, how and where to download new fonts, and how to organize your favorite fonts in Cricut Design Space.

Start by opening your font box by first clicking on Text and then clicking on Font in the upper toolbar. Once the font box is open, there will be three options, Circuit, System and Bookmark.
Cricut Font
Cricut: This section contains all of the preloaded Cricut fonts that are either free, available for purchase or available for unlimited use with Cricut Access.
The Cricut Access membership, is a paid subscription ($10 a month) that allows you access to over 700 fonts and thousands of images and customizable projects.
System Font
System: This section contains all of the personal fonts that are downloaded on your computer or tablet.
By downloading and saving fonts onto your computer font system, you are also automatically adding the fonts to your system section in Cricut Design Space.
A great please to download free fonts is Dafont.com. I’ve compiled a list of a few of my favorites down below.
Bookmarks font
Bookmarks: This section allows you to save your favorite fonts in a convenient place. Simply click the bookmark icon and your font will be saved under bookmarks.
The bookmarks option is my new favorite font tool. It saves countless time when trying to decide on a font. I save all of the fonts I know I love and have tested under bookmarks.
